My wife and I spent 6 summers slipped at Dewitt marine. We only sold due to retiring soon and spending more time with kids and grands in south Florida. If you are lucky enough to get a slip at Dewitt then do it! Chris and Mark went above and beyond for us every summer. Shannon and Cheyenne were amazing. The entire staff are top shelf. All of them made us feel like family. Service, storage, slip, all fantastic. We miss you all and are very grateful for your kindness. Dewitt marine is a class act! Thanks all!

Just want to say thank you to the owners and staff at Dewitt Marine! We had a great boating season, met new friends and really enjoyed our summer at Torch lake and the marina! We look forward to our 6th season! Thanks for taking such good care of our boat and us! You all are rock stars!

Dewitt Marine is fantastic. We rent Transient slips here as often as possible and the staff and Owners are amazing with the best customer service we have experienced in years. We had mechanical issues with our trailer and Christine helped us move our boat while Mark gave us a place to park the trailer for the repairs. Shawna in the office is very friendly and just a pleasure to work with. Becky at the Clam Shack has the best customer service I have ever had and the team she works with is great and goes out of their way to make sure your vacation is great.

Malorie took care of our boat rental and did a fantastic job!

Everything was top notch with the pontoon as well. My wife and I had a wonderful day.

After a two year break from boating, we returned to Torch Lake and Dewitt Marine this year. In the past we had kept our boat in the covered slips on the north side of the marina and it was a very positive experience. This year we decided to try In/Out service and we were very pleasantly surprised at how well this worked for our needs. The guys running the in/out were at the top of their game. Every time we ordered up our boat to be launched on the Boat Cloud, it was in the water with blowers on and ready to go when we got there. When we returned our boat at the end of the day it was stowed away in the storage building with in minutes.

We had a couple of service and warranty issues that were promptly addressed by the service department. All repairs were made to our satisfaction.

As always the staff at the Clam Shack and gas docks were helpful and courteous. We liked the upgrades and changes to the facilities. It was great to be back at Dewitt and highly recommend this marina for all your boating needs. Looking forward to many more years at Dewitt. -Russ and Mary Newton

I recently had a slip rented for a four-day stay in the area. Between launching my boat and driving to the slip my steering went out. The staff at the Clam Shack saw my dilemma and assisted me in getting the boat to a dock. The service department quickly assessed the repairs needed and promptly ordered the needed parts. I was provided with a repair cost estimate and Casey and Alyssa kept me advised of the progress of the repair. I was not able to use the slip I had rented and Shawna graciously made arrangements for a refund of that expenditure. While I was disappointed that I was not able to use the boat during my stay, I truly appreciate the service, courtesy, and pleasant attitude of all that I dealt with. I will make a point of renting another slip there in the future, as well as stopping in for gas and other supplies. Great job and customer service! Thanks.

This will be our 3rd summer having our boat slipped at Dewitt Marine, My wife and I are very happy with the marina. I had major work done on my boat at the end of my first summer there and the staff went above and beyond to take care of our boat and we were very grateful. Christine and her staff are top shelf, they treat us very well, take excellent care of our boat, and its a fun atmosphere to be in. Clam shack has everything we need, if parts doesn't have it they will order it and the prices are fair. Dewitt is a great marina in an excellent area of Michigan. Torch lake is a true gem.

My experiences with Dewitt is from within multiple arenas: Service, Parts and working with Christine Davis as I represent the U S Coast Guard Auxiliary. As a small business owner I have a deep appreciation for an organization's culture (how it treats its employees, employee training and customer relationships) as well as problem resolution. For any business to guarantee and promise perfection - "no problems when you deal with us," as many boast - is one wave short of a shipwreck. Dewitt truly stands by its service, resolves issues immediately and is revered by its clients yet despised by their competition. I respect a business owner who confronts problems when they exist, directly, and in a timely fashion as Christine practices. Through the USCG Auxiliary, she is most proactive funding Safe Boating education classes for her customers and their families as well as providing the support presenting the Auxiliaries complimentary Vessel Safety Checks, all located at her marina. If you are one of few who have not visited Dewitt's facility, I strongly suggest you do so. While you are there, meet Adam in service, Luke in Parts, Curtiss in Sales and you might as well meet the "woman who makes it all happen," Christine and talk about doing business with her. You will be glad that you did so!

I stayed on Clam lake in August of this year 2015, while boating on Torch my boat spun a motor coupling; I contacted Dewitt Marine for help, the service team at Dewitt went above and beyond to ensure my boat was repaired by the next morning so I wouldn't miss any boating time during my vacation. I cant thank the service team enough for you prompt actions of repairing my boat in such a timely manner. special thanks to Adam service manager and Dan service technician; you guys are awesome at what you do, your customer service is 2nd to none. Staff was incredibly friendly and detailed on the rental of our pontoon boat. we rented for five days and on day was not boatable and they were happy to work with us regarding the cost of that day. We will definitely be back.Thank you!

We purchased our very first boat (2009 22' Premier Pontoon)from Heath at DeWitt this year. Neither one of us new a lot about pontoons or motors, and Heath was very informative and put us at ease.It was a great experience and we look forward to many years at DeWitt Marina.

I brought my 1986 Baja in for oil leak. It was determined that the out-drive had some old seals that were leaking. Adam the service manager and his tech were able to fix my boat and get me back in the water making memories with my family in a fairly short time frame. He also replaced my broken ladder with a new and nicer version. Wow, what a delightful experience. Thank you!
